Through comprehensive product discovery, we conducted detailed user research to identify key personas, their pain points, and mapped user journeys. These insights guided the design of an intuitive and responsive patient app interface optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.

Fourier App uses AI to extract and summarize patient data from extensive medical records, providing actionable insights for healthcare professionals. We developed user roles, workflow diagrams, and story mapping for Admins, Case Managers, and Summarizers, alongside a design system and interactive prototypes in Figma. This platform reduces administrative burdens and enhances decision-making in healthcare.

The Surgical Consortium delivers innovative solutions to reduce surgical waiting lists through complete pathway management, integrating seamlessly into NHS systems. Through in-depth user research, persona development, and competitive analysis, we designed a platform with intuitive navigation, tailored content strategies, and high-quality designs to serve both target groups effectively.
